VISCOSITY
CALIBRATION
- Take
a sample vial of 1. coating to the
Bench Viscometer, and check the viscosity. The coating must
be at 6,000 CPS for this calibration.
- If
it is not at 6,000 CPS, add solvent OR coating as needed
until it’s at 6,000 CPS.
- Turn
“POWER” knob counter clockwise to the “OFF”
position.
Lift viscosity bar up (Out of the way).
